Return, Exchange, and Shipping Policies


Return and Exchange Policy:

Here at Adorned Heart Designs, we want you to love all the items you purchase from us. However, we know sometimes things happen. We will do everything we can to ensure you get something you love.

We have a 7-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after delivery (carrier's marked delivery date) or receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Certain items are non-returnable (see Exception list below).

Merchandise may only be returned for a Gift Card.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or Proof of Purchase is required for a refund. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return your item back to us.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at adornedheartdesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Once your request has been accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow 3-7 business days to process your return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. When your return is approved, we will issue you a Gift Card via email.
You can always contact us via email for any return questions or concerns.

Exchange:
Once your return is received, a gift card will be emailed to you and you will be able to purchase the new item. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item.

Damages and Defects:
We inspect all items before they are shipped out. However, unexpected circumstances may happen. If an item is defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize and we will do everything we can to make it right. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 7 days) via email if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will pay for the shipping costs if the error was due to our part.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom-made Items 
  • Personalized Items
  • Items that are worn, used, or have no Adorned Heart Designs tag
  • We also cannot issue refunds due to delivery issues. Please see Shipping Policy below for more information.  

  

Shipping Policy:

Each item is made to order. Therefore, the turnaround time for production is 7-14 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). During Holiday season, please expect a possible slight delay in production as everything is made to order.
Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delivery issues such as postal delays, damages, theft, and misdelivery of a package as this is completely out of our hands. Delivery issues must be handled and submitted by filing a claim with USPS. To file a claim with USPS, click here -> https://tinyurl.com/4ezkrv77
